Who can join the Affiliate Program?
Any active member with a Family Package or B2B2C Package membership can join the program.
How do I get my affiliate link?
Once you have an eligible membership, your unique affiliate link will be available in your Dashboard > Affiliate section.
How much commission can I earn?
You will earn RM80 for each successful referral who subscribes to the Family Package plan. If you reach 100 or more referrals, you’ll earn RM99 per referral instead.
How will I know if my referral is successful?
You can track all your referrals and commissions in your Affiliate Dashboard, where the system updates in real time.
When will I receive my commission payments?
Commissions are processed and paid monthly, usually within the first two week of the following month.
How will I receive my payments?
Payments are made via bank transfer to your registered bank account. Please make sure your banking details are up to date in your profile.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No — there’s no limit. The more people you refer, the more you earn.
What happens if a referral cancels their membership?
If a referred member cancels or requests a refund within the first 7 days, the commission for that referral will be voided.
Can I promote my affiliate link on social media or websites?
Yes! You can share your affiliate link anywhere — on social media, blogs, messages, or emails — as long as your promotions comply with our Terms of Service.
