Galaxy Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Affiliate refers to an approved participant in the Galaxy Affiliate Program.
• Affiliate Link refers to the unique referral URL generated by the Company containing tracking parameters.
• Commission refers to the referral fee payable to an Affiliate for a successful referral.
• Family Package refers to the membership product priced at RM299 offered on the Company’s platform.
• Successful Referral means a completed purchase of the Family Package through a valid Affiliate Link.
• Dashboard refers to the affiliate earnings dashboard available at – https://galaxygmg.com.my/dashboard/affiliate/
• Platform refers to the Company’s website at https://galaxygmg.com.my/

The Galaxy Affiliate Program allows eligible members to earn commissions by referring new customers to subscribe to Galaxy’s membership plans. Affiliates may promote Galaxy through approved marketing channels using their Affiliate Link.

To be eligible to apply and participate as an Affiliate, you must:

• Be a Malaysian citizen or resident, aged 18 years and above;
• Possess a valid Malaysian bank account, including digital banks that support FPX transfers;
• Be registered on the Platform with a valid user account;
• Have an active membership plan, being either:
  • Family Package, or
  • B2B2C Package.

Galaxy reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.

4.1 A referral will be considered valid only when:

• A user clicks on the Affiliate Link containing valid tracking parameters;
• The referred user successfully registers on the Platform; and
• The referred user completes payment for the Family Package.

4.2 Referrals that do not meet all conditions above will not be counted.

4.3 Galaxy is not responsible for lost referrals due to:

• Browser cookie restrictions;
• Ad blockers;
• Manual URL manipulation;
• System errors beyond reasonable control.

5.1 Commission Rate
Affiliates shall earn RM99 for each Successful Referral.

5.2 Commission Calculation Period

• Commissions are calculated starting on the 7th day of each calendar month.
• Only verified and completed referrals within the calculation period will be included.

5.3 Commission Payout Date

• Commission payments will be made on the 15th of each month.
• If the 15th falls on a public holiday or non-business day, payment may be made on the next business day.

5.4 Payment Method
All commission payments will be made via FPX bank transfer to the bank account provided by the Affiliate.

6.1 Affiliates may monitor referral performance and commission earnings through the Dashboard.

6.2 Data displayed in the Dashboard shall be deemed final unless proven otherwise by Galaxy.

6.3 Galaxy reserves the right to audit, adjust, or reverse commissions arising from:

• Fraudulent activity;
• Duplicate accounts;
• Self-referrals;
• Violations of these Terms.

7.1 Affiliates who achieve 100 Successful Referrals within a single calendar month may be eligible for a bonus.

7.2 Bonus amounts, eligibility criteria, and payment timelines:

• Are determined solely by Galaxy;
• May be revised, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice;
• Are subject to verification and review.

8.1 If an Affiliate:

• Chooses not to continue their membership plan; and
• Requests and receives a refund (if applicable),

then:

a. The Affiliate’s participation in the Program will be terminated immediately;
b. The Affiliate Link will be deactivated;
c. No further commissions shall be earned; and
d. The account status will be reverted to a normal customer account.

8.2 Any unpaid or pending commissions at the time of termination shall be forfeited.

Affiliates shall not:

• Engage in false, misleading, or deceptive advertising;
• Make unauthorised claims regarding pricing, discounts, or guarantees;
• Use spam, automated messaging, or illegal marketing methods;
• Impersonate Galaxy, its staff, or representatives;
• Register multiple accounts to manipulate referrals;
• Refer themselves or immediate household members.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

10.1 Galaxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate account at any time if:

• These Terms are breached;
• Fraud or abuse is suspected;
• Required information is inaccurate or outdated.

10.2 Termination shall be without prejudice to Galaxy’s other legal rights or remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• Galaxy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
• Galaxy does not guarantee continuous availability of the Platform or Dashboard;
• Commission earnings are not guaranteed and depend on actual successful referrals.

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Galaxy Communication Enterprise from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• The Affiliate’s marketing activities;
• Breach of these Terms;
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
