This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products, requesting refunds, and handling defective or incorrect items purchased from our store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The product is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted, especially for electronic devices and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or improper handling.
  • Items that have been unsealed, installed, or used (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
  • Software, downloadable products, and activation codes.
  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items clearly marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale.”
  • Membership subscriptions or digital services (see Section 6 below for details).

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable).
  • Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide instructions for return or exchange.
  • Products must be returned to our designated return address in Johor Bahru, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping fees for return items may be borne by the customer unless the product is proven defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our quality control team. If the item is approved for return:

  • A replacement will be issued for the same model or equivalent product; or
  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method (subject to processing time from your bank or payment provider).

If the returned item fails inspection (e.g., damaged by user, missing components, or tampered warranty seal), the return request may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Refunds for Membership Plans

Refunds for membership plans and subscriptions are subject to separate terms.
